Don performed a comprehensive inspection of our existing old doors. He refit the older wooden doors with new pulleys and cables; put mis-aligned sections of the wooden doors back into alignment with the hardware; lubricated pulleys and wheels; confirmed proper alignment of the locking mechanism. Don was very knowledgeable, resourceful, and diligent. We may have him do an installation project in the near future. Don's work is high quality, and he is also very transparent and honest. I had been told by another contractor that I needed a new garage door opener, and it was actually still working. Don found a broken wire and fixed it on the spot, which saved me the cost of a new opener. I fully recommend Don for his professionalism, honesty, and for picking up small details that will save money in the long run. I have been meaning to contact you to tell you that we absolutely love our new garage door !!! Excellent job. Not only did he fix the garage door that I was having problems with, he serviced both my
